Joseph  F. Neussendorfer, FESD, is the CEO/President of U.S. Construction Research. He is a Licensed Builder in the State of Michigan. He has over 15 years of experience at the local governmental level in zoning and planning. He holds professional seals as a Registered Housing Inspector, Certified Review Appraiser,Certified Construction Inspector, and Certified Construction Project Manager. He has received recognition for his work on several technical committees at MIOSHA, and worked on the State of Michigan's Masonry Wall Bracing Standards.
